| A KSTDC Registered Homestay on the Hills is 2 kms away from the town. The house is located on a small hillock on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Madikeri. The house has an excellent view of the town and the hills around. One can see both sunrise as well as sunset from the sit out. |

| The house has three bed rooms with attached bath rooms (western closet), one living room , one dining cum family room , a functional kitchen and a sit out. There is a cook top and a refrigerator in the kitchen. Since all the bath rooms are fitted with geizers 24 hours hot water is available. |

| A wonderful place for a perfect holiday. There is a beautiful garden in front of the house which adds beauty to the property. Enough and more place is available for parking of more than 3 to 4 vehicles. Such of those who are little adventurous can scale the small hill behind the house. A morning in the sit out with a cup of coffee enjoying the sight of valleys and mountains is a wonderful experience. Please come and experience a home away from home. |
